    Product arrived as advertised. The packaging wasn't great as it was just the CPU wrapped in a lightly padded envelope, but it was also advertised as used so no surprises there. The CPU works fine.

    Positive A-Plus: My purchase (Lenovo Precision Pen 3, used) was in far better condition than described by the Seller - It looked "new" instead of "used" to me - and It was immediately shipped by the Seller (and very quickly received as a result). Also, my purchase was very securely packaged. An excellent, professional transaction.

    Unfortunate Experience. I ordered 3 x Intel P4500 4TB (Picture showed P4510 4TB) but received 3 x Intel P3500 800GB. Immediately reported to the Seller. Seller was very quick to act and answer that they made a Mistake in packing. He said that they were going to ship the correct Product, but then immediately issued a complete Refund (no more in Stock) and that I could keep the Drives . Since I forwarded the Item to Europe and already paid VAT on it, I'm not sure if I can claim that Money back :(.
