  Shipping was delayed but at no fault of vendor. Stereo packaged very well with it being wrapped within 2-boxes. Delivered just as described and works perfectly...great price!

  Seller shipped the printer with the toner left inside. This caused a huge mess as the printer was shipped on its side. Also, the USB hub was damaged. I could never get it to connect with a computer, and I tried multiple USB cords. The seller reimbursed for the printer, had communication, and shipped the product in good time. I would recommend the seller although this purchase took hours out of my schedule.

  Seller packaged this item well for transit - item was as described - in very good condition. Shipped quickly and well appreciated the solid black bubble mailer vs other mailers. Would buy from this seller again!
