  The cartridge arrived packaged well and in visually clean & undamaged condition. U was surprised to see a recycle bag in the box, which is appreciated. So far I have been pleased to date with the prior same product from this manufacturer; I think the last was a different seller, only due to the recycle bag, but I cannot be sure. The bag saves me from doing more than filling it up and dropping it off at USPS - Thank you!

  Original shipment was lost in the postal system and a replacement set shipped. Replacement arrived after approximately 10 days for a total of abut 30 days from original order date placed. The supplier was very helpful in answering my emails and shipping a replacement at no charge. Thanks
