  The seller shipped the package promptly, but USPS never delivered it. That is not the fault of the seller. The seller's communications were good, and both the seller and I tried to track the package's location, unsuccessfully. This seller is honest and I would do business with them again.

  There was a major problem with the shipping and it was NOT the sellers fault. The package was destroyed and the hydraulic motor was lost in the USPS network. I received an empty box. I contacted the seller and explained what happened with pictures of the box and USPS label. The seller promptly refunded my payment. Very good seller and I would highly recommend this seller.

  Chisels were exactly as described. Price was good, shipped fast. The photos in the ad show tools in an aluminum case, the ones delivered to me were in a wood box. would have much preferred the aluminum case.
