  Shipping was later than originally specified, but that's what we get for using USPS. The unit was packed fairly well in a strong box. The product was as described. It has brought value to the broken unit I had. I replaced the cracked screen with the perfect one from my old laptop.

  Works and arrived exactly as described! Only gripe is I purchased this with the intent to pick it up right away for dropping it off somewhere as the item sold was local to me. Unfortunately that was not possible delaying the chance to take this where it needed to go. I should've reached out before purchasing, but maybe sellers can offer that option as it can help both parties.

  arrived well packaged and as described snail mail shipping with usps was just that slow and tracking was spotty as usual with usps will def buy again from seller if something of interest shows up
