  The printer works well. It took nine days before it was shipped. The seller was good at getting it resolved and sent quickly. The seller was also helpful in dealing with a minor printer issue.

  The description said there was cosmetic damage but the printer I got didn’t have any. I wonder if I got the correct printer. I reached out to the seller but did not receive a reply.

  While the Printer worked as advertised... The MOST important is that I ordered from Amazon an Imaging Unit and when testing failed.... This supplier worked with me and sent another imaging unit which worked !!! My positive feedback should be a higher consideration because with a challenge this supplier went the extra mile to help ME! Far beyond the average EBAYER!!!! QOS is HIGH
