    I had a positive experience with this seller. After I purchased a used printer from them and it was shipped to my house, the toner cartridge and drum unit were missing despite the original listing indicating they would be included. I wrote them a message explaining the omission, and they quickly responded and said they would ship me the missing parts that day. They arrived two days later and fit perfectly. I appreciate their quick resolution and would recommend them as a seller of integrity.

    Item was very well packed and shipping was quick and efficient. FedEx Freight does a MUCH better job than some of the other logistics companies I've had to deal with. The item was exactly as described and a great value!

    Fast shipping, great price, and the customer service is great. Had a small problem with printer and I contacted seller. and they responded quickly. New part was shipped immediately and the problem was solved. Service after the sale is what makes a seller great.

    The 1st paper tray that was sent had a missing paper status indicator. I messaged the seller and he sent me another tray, fully intact. He did not make me go through the process of having to send back the original one. You couldn't ask for anything better. I can 100% recommend this seller. Thank you for your time and professionalism.
