They come in a little bag so that you can keep everything together. I used them once & they seemed to work fine, but then I had a problem just over a month later. I emailed the seller who responded very promptly. He was extremely helpful and apologetic. He sent a new item very quickly. I have just received it, only 2 days after my initial email to him! This is brilliant customer service & great product too! Many thanks

I’d suggest Royal Mail or Evri and pay extra than go through this again .
