  The seller was wonderful, unfortunately the orginal item ordered didn't (has yet) to arrive, but when contacted the seller to see if there was a tracking number or if they could chase it up, they sent out a new item with tracking, I happily offered to pay the postage, so that they didn't loose out, but that was refused, there was great communication, and would happily buy from them again, and if the mascarra does turn up, I shall be letting them know.

  Thank you received safely, 1st one ordered was lost in post, empty RIPPED BAG, turned up in see thru bag from Royal Mail with their apologies,seller refunded money, they have even taken up the lost item with Royal Mail for me, a very kind and honest seller, has kept me informed at all times, goes above & beyond to help you, many thanks, excellent seller
