  Excellent - All parts and everything that would come with a new product. If no for minor wear on one small wheel this refurbished electric dolly could easily pass as new. This should be described as like new. Shipping was fast and in original box. GreatCircleUSA is an excellent seller on ebay. I dropped them a note that it would be a few weeks before I opened the box. The responded within 24 hours and said no problem. Just let them know if I ran into an issue. Very Pleased!

  To whom it may concern, We received our dolly and it did not work. Being an unknown internet company I expected to have major problems getting service help. I was wrong.
