  Excellent - All parts and everything that would come with a new product. If no for minor wear on one small wheel this refurbished electric dolly could easily pass as new. This should be described as like new. Shipping was fast and in original box. GreatCircleUSA is an excellent seller on ebay. I dropped them a note that it would be a few weeks before I opened the box. The responded within 24 hours and said no problem. Just let them know if I ran into an issue. Very Pleased!

  Shipping was adequate, chair did arrive damaged as well as damaged packaging. Reached out to seller with photos, the first said no problem they would send out a new part to replace the broken bracket. Never heard back so i reached out again, and the seller wanted me to give them my personal information. Still have not received the broken part replacement. Other than that the chair is fantastic and works amazing. just have to be careful with the left leg brace due to the broken bracket.

  Item delivered timely and was as expected. Had a small issue a couple of missing hardware pieces, the seller was very responsive and all is well! Nice unit and a good deal buying refurbished. Great communictaion from seller, would deal with again.

  This item said there were 10 available. A shipping label was created on July 17 and it was supposed to arrive by July 25. It is now July 27 and according to the tracking number that I received it hasn’t even shipped yet. The fact that I got a good price on it is irrelevant if I don’t get the product on time. I tried contacting the supplier and had to leave a message. I got no response.
