  Item arrived with good packaging with the defects it was described with. Though there was some glue residue in the front pocket but I believe that might just be associated with the certain design of backpack because I ordered a brand new one from a different website and it also came with a bit of glue in the front pocket so maybe that's just how it's manufactured but I personally do not like that so I had it returned. But the seller was really considerate and I'd recommend purchasing from them.

Beautiful Chico's brand dress in a quality black cotton poplin blend fabric with gorgeous embroidery in a dark gold tan colour down the front, around the long sleeves cuff & around the scalloped hem, giving this dress a stunning summery look.   Thank you! The seller's communicated quite well and she was so helpful. The hat arrived in original designer bag and was in new condition with tag. The hat looked exactly as photos.
