  Item arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and sealed up brand new. Amazing price compared to everywhere else I had looked. After waiting a few days for delivery info, the item arrived on the first day of the week they specified. This turned out to be a top quality item and a fantastic purchase, can only thank this seller for an outstanding experience and the opportunity to grab something I was struggling to find anywhere else and especially at the price they offered it.   It was ordered 19th May and item stated it would take a few days but arrived 30th May with 48 hr Royal Mail tracking??? The postage location was in UK but came from the USA luckily it arrived in time as a present so just be mindful if need it quickly. Otherwise item as described and good price would recommend and purchase from again.

  I am not happy with the service. I placed the order on 28th May and then received notification that the item would not be dispatched until July, so I immediately cancelled the order. The seller responded to say they had no record of the order. I assumed that the cancellation request has been actioned. I have now received an email from eBay saying that the seller refuses to cancel as it is too late. How can immediate cancellation be too late. Very poor service.

  The right book arrived (i.e. as per listing). 15% promptly refunded because book was damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging (as relied solely on a plastic bag when shipping from Illinois to the UK). Hence, able to leave positive feedback (i.e. satisfied with resolution). Book arrived within the two weeks quoted after buying (although the listing showed 3-5 days, implying the book was in the UK). Detailed tracking very helpful, especially when transitioned from US carrier to Royal Mail.
