  Not described very well,feels cheap, very thin and flimsy.I contacted seller about it and they claimed it would “outlast” my paint job on my truck.I suggested it be nice if it was a little thicker since this has to sit in a pocket on the grill.never got a response back,so I would say communication is poor.they claimed their description said it was flexible and made out of polyurethane,neither one of those words appear on their listing and I told them so,never got answer on that either.

  We have a money back guarantee. You say it should be thicker. This is the thickest it can be made. Out of thousands sold we have never had a complaint like this. READ OUR FEEDBACK. Flimsy? Try to tear it in half. It was designed to sit perfectly in the recess in the grille. Maybe you need a little cheese to go with your whine.
