  The seller was very kind and helpful, from my first request to the great service after I received the package. The item arrived quickly and carefully packaged, but it was a different version than the one shown in the listing. When I told the seller about it, they reacted in a very accommodating manner and made every effort to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. This made it a pleasant transaction and positive experience after all and I can only thank and recommend this trustworthy seller.

  The figurine arrived brand new, the box was undamaged, and the shipping time was incredibly quick considering the location. The seller was very communicative about the ongoing customs situation, informing me of any extra fees that might apply as an international customer. I highly recommend them to potential buyers, and I will definitely purchase from the store again.

  Item was reserved quickly and good packaging, but it’s not right item, so I requested return and refund, seller is easy to communicate with, send me the return label and I shipped it back, once seller got the item back, I got my money back. It’s kind disappointing that I didn’t get what I want, but it’s went smooth. Be warned that when purchase online better communicate with seller first, make sure what’s included what’s not, overall it’s good experience.

  I’m really happy with my Amazing Yamaguchi Eren figure! The seller was very understanding and even explained the shipping duties process clearly, which helped a lot since I didn’t know about it. In the end, I didn’t have to pay anything—just signed for the package. The figure itself is amazing with great detail and articulation. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended!

  Package came wrapped up nicely and in perfect condition. Seller is super nice and kept me informed throughout the entire process. All in all, would order from them again and recommend them to others as well.
