  The seller was very prompt in getting the item to me. It is breakable, and was packed with plenty of care and protection. Although this is a used item, it is in perfect condition as shown in the listing pictures. I was gifted one by my daughter-in-law and was sick when I broke it. This exact replacement has far exceeded my expectations! Well worth the asking price! Highly recommend this seller.
