    So the item arrived not working; but the seller was as good as anyone could hope for - immediate response to messages thru eBay and a refund within an hour after reporting the bad news. The item was priced right, looked perfect and arrived in the original box. Sadly, there must have been some internal damage; but the seller made it right ASAP. Would not hesitate to buy from again!

    Mouse received as described in very good condition, at a great price. Love the look of the mouse very clean. Item took longer then expected was not the seller fault he shipped on time it was FedEx. I communicated with the seller regarding the shipment and they were very helpful. Great Seller A+

    I wan't to leave Grandpa's Tech Shop a 5 star review. I had shipping problems with USPS, BAD! He was there to walk me through the entire process. He assured me my product was still coming, and even suggested changing his shipping methods in the future because of the nonsense I went through. It finally arrived today! Brand freaking new in the box, still sealed! I would recommend this seller to MY FAMILY. A++ seller here, buy with confidence!
