  Through no fault of their own the frame was broken in transit even though it was well packaged. The seller kindly gave me a partial refund for what shipping insurance won’t cover and all the documents and photos needed for a claim. Still it is and was a beautiful frame and engraving even if it sustained a good deal of damage and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this seller again who was very communicative and helpful to work with.

  My Seller packaged my McCalls M5903 sewing pattern well; mailed out quickly; provided excellent customer service throughout the process; and it arrived safely and on time. This sewing pattern is in fact a new and uncut pattern consisting of an apron, 4 different hot pads, and 2 different style hot mitts. I can make nice gifts for family and friends! Great Seller!
