However, on this occasion they sent the wrong item twice eventually sending the right item the third time. During this process of trying to resolve the problem communication and customer service was swift and professional from grade mobile with efforts made to resolve the matter quickly However, it was rather inconvenient that the wrong item was sent more than once.

Clear photos, and clear descriptions. Very Very well packed. And Postage was free which is a plus. 1 of the watches was replaced and 3 of them just need new screens. All the watches except 1 were repaired and ready for a new home. Only one thing, and I only noticed it with this seller. As we don’t know the serial number until we receive it, I noticed all the watches are from different countries
