    Fast shipping arrived in 2 days I couldn't believe, perfect has described, even though it came with a restarting problem but luckily the seller informed me to expect any defects , very honest and great in communication, wonderful quality and excellent appearance, arrived in good condition and wonderful packaging.     Grade Mobile are a top seller! This was my first purchase from them, and every watch was as described. Clear photos, and clear descriptions. Very Very well packed. And Postage was free which is a plus. 1 of the watches was replaced and 3 of them just need new screens. All the watches except 1 were repaired and ready for a new home. Only one thing, and I only noticed it with this seller. As we don’t know the serial number until we receive it, I noticed all the watches are from different countries

    I ordered an Apple Watch charger as I had previously ordered an Apple Watch 7 from grade mobile and was pleased with the product. However, on this occasion they sent the wrong item twice eventually sending the right item the third time. During this process of trying to resolve the problem communication and customer service was swift and professional from grade mobile with efforts made to resolve the matter quickly However, it was rather inconvenient that the wrong item was sent more than once.

    Phone ordered 7pm Sunday. Delivered 11am Tuesday. Great turnaround. The phone is in great condition and unlocked, as described. Battery was only 89% instead of 90+ as described. Contacted the seller and a satisfactory conclusion was reached quickly. Great communication from the seller.

    Superb seller. Phone like new. Packaging brilliant. Ordered on Saturday and was scheduled to arrive on Monday but actually arrived on Sunday. I would recommend completely.
