  As per my photos attached, reached out to seller and they immediately sorted a return QR code and issued a refund with the item dispatched by me moments after I updated them with the return tracking. Although the item was not as described and not acceptable in my opinion. The seller was swift to resolve so thank you.

  Prompt response to queries from seller. Product exactly as described. Next day delivery (to uk mainland). Well packaged on arrival. Excellent condition, could have passed as new. Would definitely use seller again.

  This is a superb seller - I have bought 3 watches from them now, and given 2 away as gifts. All items delivered as listed (or sooner), in excellent condition and being Garmin are a quality brand. Communications are excellent too - would highly recommend.

  Postage was fast, packaged nicely, there is quite a bit more wear on the bezel than was mentioned in the description, this is reflected in the price, which was very good

  Great service. Contacted before purchase and got quick responses. Ordered yesterday and arrived today via Royal Mail. Everything appears to be working fine and the product looks new - as described. I’m very pleased with the product and the service.
