  Good product great price Excellent communication from seller. There was a little mix up in delivery, but this was the fault of the delivery entities. The package arrived later than stated by USPS. All in all, a good experience. I will be ordering from the seller again in the future.

  New interface, software disc, and installation guide in new product packaging -- all as described. SW installation went smoothly; device was recognized, and interactive control started and functioned correctly. Shipping was quick. I was initially confused when it came by DHL and had a China source address, given the seller's location was given as a California city, but I guess that is how global supply chains work today. Fine business with the product and delivery in the end. AOK!
