  The item didn't arrive as scheduled and the tracking never updated from having a shipping label made plus the tracking number was established. I did see on EBAY that the Item supposedly shipped but the tracking never updated to back that up. I tried contacting seller but something went wrong on EBAY when trying to do so. So stuck here with no part for my 4x4 for an upcoming winter storm. It would have been a negative feedback but it said I need to wait 7 days to do so.

  Dishonest and uncommunicative: order took over a month to arrive. Vendor didn't send any updates around delays (it was supposedly in stock and shipped immediately - needless to say they didn't do anything until two weeks passed and I told them I wanted a refund. Now the grifters will claw some money back on "restocking fees" for an item they sent WEEKS late after a refund was requested. Don't make the mistake I did - there's too many solid vendors who know how to act ethically. AVOID.

  USPS delays out of our control, we cannot issue a refund for items that are in transit to the customer, unreasonable

  I canceled this order with a few minutes of placing the order and this seller and ebay choose not to honor the cancelation and took my money anyway. Additionally, the shipping time on the order before payment was 2 days, and when I paid that went to 2.5 weeks. False advertisement. Overall very disappointed with this seller.
