  The item was supposed to arrive by 4/4/25 but was a little late. Parcel was delivered to me by my neighbour across the street as the Aramex delivery note had printed the wrong address though the invoice had the correct address. Item was well packaged. Easy to assemble and works well. Simple to use. Noted that item is sent from Eastern States and not from WA as advertised. Delivery time usually takes 10 days so item arrived within the stipulated time.

  The brand new Smeg Kettle was ordered, shipped and delivered quickly within 3 working days. No damage to the box considering it was shipped from WA to NSW. The Kettle is in good condition. Overall very happy with the prompt service, professionalism, communication and delivery of my goods. Thank you.

  The product I purchased was packaged up and sent so promptly, I was very impressed by their responsiveness. It came so quickly and whilst the box was a little worse for wear...it's what's inside that counts! I'm very happy with the product and service, thank you.

  Had to contact seller after 3 weeks to ask if item was sent. I wanted the item but, issued a refund. Seller did not send stating that their was no stock but still had 3 available . Refunded but noted the price went up. Poor seller. Would not use again

  Great ebayer, item as described as new and quality. Havn't played with them yet, but looks original, so should be fine. Delivery was good with good communication.
