Item was as described and packaged excellent for shipping. The shipping cost wasn’t too high and it was delivered on time. The guitar itself was a good value and priced okay but the guitar needed a lot of refurbishment and cleaning, it was filthy and so was the case, whoever donated the guitar did not clean it at all before donating it. Overall a good experience with Goodwill and I will probably buy some more items from them. Thank you for the guitar.

Fast shipping. Very well packed. Guitar arrived with no damage. It was better than described. And, this is important, whomever packed it, loosened the strings. Kept the neck from warping in transit. Excellent all around!!!

There was a missing piece which made the guitar unplayable; the listing did not state that the piece was missing but luckily it is inexpensive to replace. Very quick shipping, packaged very well.
