They claim VAT is included in the price, but then refuse to provide an invoice with VAT breakdown, clearly violating the listed terms. They falsely claim to be a private seller, causing extra customs charges. Manipulative, dishonest, and unethical. Not trustworthy and should be permanently banned from this platform for fraudulent behavior and failure to meet basic obligations.
