  It was definitely a positive purchase experience! Initially I thought I might have received a damaged or wrong item, as the power switch was missing on the camera, though it’s functioning OK. Contacted the seller, and turns out I overlooked this detail in the product description—that’s on me. But the seller understood my frustration and kindly offered me partial compensation. Great seller and great service!

  The mouse came in good time to Canada from Japan. Mouse was brand new in box, no damage, works great! Seller was communicating throughout the shipping process giving updates. Would buy from the seller again.

  Shipped quickly and packaged VERY securely with plenty of padding. Product is exactly as pictured. Totally exceeded my expectations, this camera is our standard for our site visits, and have been hard to find in such good condition. Excellent value! If you are in an English speaking country, the menu was in Japanese, but a run through Google Lens Translate was able to help me reset the language. Excellent communication as well. Thanks!
