When I opened it up the board was secured in bubble wrap so nothing would be broken or damaged in shipping which was awesome. He had the part described as it was so I got the right part and was sold at a decently good price if I ever need another part I’ll try to look to see if this seller has it.

The seller seems to genuinely care about the buyers and the items they sell. I wasn t going to request a return/refund because I didn t want to deal with the hassle of shipping, but they refunded me without my asking and told me I didn t need to ship the broken game back to them.

Price was fair and item was received as described and pictured (though read disclaimer that isn’t always the case for photos). My Tv is 10 years old and these parts were like Brand new. Worked like a charm. Thanks for saving the day! Generic feet/stand/mounts are never as good as factory replacements! A++

This was not known to me prior to ordering. I suspect it may have not even been known to the seller. Unfortunately, for me this caused me to receive a product for a different version. However, when I reached out to the seller, they took care of the issue very promptly. I will 100% be looking at their listings first to find the proper item.
