  I wanted to give this seller a special shout out. I let her know. I am not a collector. I am only a sentimentalist reliving my childhood sanctuary with my Betsy McCall doll. When I ordered the item she contacted me to make sure that I had seen the flaw in what I was ordering and attached photos. I appreciated this so much even though I had looked at the flaws it was nice to know that she was so concerned. The item arrived as described with an extra item It almost made me cry.   Phenomenal seller! Very communicative and quick. The Item came just as described, and well packed -- initially the incorrect item was sent, but before it even arrived for me to notice, the seller noticed the issue and jumped to correct it immediately by letting me know and sending the correct item along. And when the first incorrect arrived, they offered that I just keep it for the trouble! Extremely generous and very nice of them -- highly recommend, very professional and top notch seller!

  Even though the item took a while to arrive (eBay/customs issues) the seller was very communicative and spent time speaking to eBay to get the shipping issues resolved. Could not be more happy. Packaged very well and exactly as advertised. Great seller!!!

  i am truly happy it arrived and all is well!!!!! I cannot always help sellers when items are delayed as so much is dependent on the USPS, but in this case I was happy to call eBay and help figure out what was up! Not sure we ever figured out the problem, but at least we knew it was back in transit to you overseas! Thank you!!!

  Card was in excellent condition, exactly as the seller described. The seller did a great job of packaging the card to ensure that it didn’t get damaged in transit and had the item delivered in a timely manner.   I purchased a gorgeous brooch in excellent condition that arrived packaged very well for shipping. It was exactly as described in the description and a great value for the size. The customer service and seller response was stellar and I can't recommend them highly enough!
