    The seller sent the shoes, however they were either mis-delivered or lost. I & the post office do not know. Since the pkg was not insured, they told me they are not responsible for a refund, eBay should refund the money. I've gone to two different post offices, they don't know what happened. The seller is not responsible, I'm looking to eBay for a refund. Looked like really cute shoes: I'm bummed.
