    The quality is exellent as it has the lovely original smell of Razac. It came well packaged. I purchased this right away after my first purchase as this seller does the original Razac. The communication and delivery time is good, as well. I recommend this seller. A+++

    Exactly what I was looking for. When item did not arrived on the date given by Etsy and I got a quick response with tracking with an updated arrival date the item arrived a couple days before.     Ordered this as it advertised 2-3 days delivery. Meant it to be a gift 6 days later. Had to buy alternative gift as it didn’t arrive for 8 days. Requested refund to cover double cost. Very disappointed. Seller unresponsive.

    Item was sent out the next day from when you ordered. It's not in our hands when the courier has delays. I would suggest paying for next day delivery if it's an urgent order
