    Seller sent message saying item was shipped on Nov. 21st. No communication from seller after this until sending a request for information on Dec. 15th--after reading the shipment tracking info indicating that THE SHIPMENT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. Seller responded on Dec 16th to refund my money; requesting that I do not leave neutral or negative feedback. Poor service, refunding my money after weeks of no communication, and begging for non-neutral, non-negative feedback--is extortion.
