Also, I was told that I would receive the item on a certain day and we are a week past that date so far. I reached out to company with no response. My other order placed on the same day from Sri Lanka arrived in 3 days. Maybe the shippers are waiting to fill a bin before sending items out..came in a Manila envelope that should have just been mailed same as any mail.
