  I had been searching for a top quality chin spoiler for my Harley, and decided to do business with this seller. My package was destroyed in transit, and the chin spoiler was broken. I contacted the seller, explained what had happened, and was promptly taken care of. This seller was quick to offer a replacement, and he sent it out immediately. My new chin spoiler arrived in perfect condition, with a perfect vivid black finish. Great value, and a seller I will definitely shop with again.

  I'm very pleased with this E-Bay seller regarding being quick to ship out to me and they were very good to respond to my questions and concerns when I inquired about fitment and that this item is now made from steel then chrome plated that looks better, instead of just aluminum. They also offered me a full refund including the return shipping at their expense if I chose to do that, but that wasn't necessary

  5 STARS for customer service...despite part not fitting/ correctly (distributor error vice seller ?) After a few back and forth emails, issue was very satisfactorily resolved. Would not hesitate to purchase from these folks again
