  Ordered Friday and arrived Saturday, however packaged quite flimsy which burst in transit and I only recieved 4 traps instead of 10, I contacted seller who apologised and said they send out 6 more, they've arrived today in sturdier packaging in perfect condition. What a great seller, I couldn't recommend highly enough and would happily purchase from again if required 😀 Thankyou so very much!

  Arrived today by evri although it says royal mail will be delivering it , there were no updates to let me know it was arriving today either , packaging was a bin bag so it got a bit bent , nice looking hoop but don't think it was worth the money , probably could have got a plain one cheaper somewhere else , in the picture it looks purple & silver or white but it actually came purple & gold , not entirely happy with the colour but it will do 🙄🤔

  Excellent product, well described. Packing was dreadful, though. Just two loops of brown sticky tape and a label, NO protection from damage whilst in transit and everyone from the postman to the passers-by in the street could see what I'd ordered. NOT what I expected or wanted. However, the goods were indeed 'as described' and, as luck would have it, arrived safely. Hence the positive feedback but it could easily have been very different. I shall not be buying from this seller again.

  This seller is taking me for a complete fool. On 2 separate occasions, I have purchased from their store. The first time of purchasing, the seller sent me the incorrect item. The second time of purchasing, the items have failed to arrive to my address. For the seller, both orders were conveniently dispatched untracked. The seller obviously doesn't have in stock my secific orders, that they're advertising, and is resorting to uncalled for, disingenuous practises, including, poor communications

  Not only has this seller, who's demonstrative activities, and ulterior motives towards myself has been nothing short of vulgar, very unprofessional, totally incomppetent, non redeeming, and intentionally selfish, showing their true natured, and only concern, that being about their appearrance, rather than the caring to supply an effective, and efficient service to customers; This waste of time seller, on numerous occasions demonstrated they did not, and still do not value patronizing customers.
