    TERRIBLE SERVICE AVOID!! Bought this item listed as "new" which it WAS NOT, when the item arrived the box was damaged, the item itself was damaged & had clearly been tampered with at there was a screw missing from the record player plate. Contacted the seller who answered around 3 days later & offered to send a screw as the solution to the problem. Instead I requested a return & then had the inconvenience of packaging the item back up & dropping off at the post office via bus as I do not drive.

    Seller graded item as “F” for repairs. I wasn’t aware that this meant the seller would wrap this item in a single layer of bubble wrap and packaging tape so that it would arrive even more damaged that before I bought it. Terrible shipping experience all around, also arrived an entire week late. No response from seller.

    Very good seller. The item arrived in good time - considering it came from America! It is just as described. The description said that the CD doesn't work - I find that the CD works most of the time - which is a bonus. I think the seller had to say that the CD was completely broken for legal reasons. I would 100% recommend this seller. Very fair price too!

    Very good radio I went and bought 2 by mistake and seller was good as I told them I only want 1 radio and was very understanding and gave me refund for the one I over ordered. Excellent communication with seller and would buy again great radio
