  I have attempted to communicate with the seller about the WRONG SIZE bag shipped to me. I have asked for a refund or the LARGE size bag as advertised. The seller offered $25. I have over $100! I do NOT want this TUMI MEDIUM as my order was placed prior to overseas travel. The LARGE bag was advertised. I have included the manufacturer photo for a LARGE bag and the photos of the MEDIUM measurements of the bag sent to me. PLEASE help be with a TOTAL REFUND. Thank you!!

  The packaging was crushed on arrival the item inside was totally fine however this is the only reason why I give a neutral review. I’m very happy with the item itself it was the packaging that was not great. The item is what was described and worth the price
