  Delivered item exactly as advertised and on time. Unfortunately, I hadn't checked the picture carefully enough, and although the climate control unit would have fit my car, it wasn't exactly the same and had different controls. The seller accepted a return and having received it issued a refund, so you can't expect any better than that.
