    Order went through and the item was shipped out via the Post Office but it vanished in the mail! The post office had no idea where it was. Goccia D’aqua Lux looked into it too and couldn’t establish what happened with Post Office. Goccia D’aqua Lux offered a refund or replacement, without any prompts. I got a full refund as they sold out. Very grateful to Goccia D’aqua Lux for looking after me and keeping communication open throughout.
