  Product and communication was fine, but they took FOREVER to ship. When asked they said it would get there in the time estimated, and it did. We ordered at noon on 9/5, they shipped on 9/18, and it was received 9/23. Pretty hard on a little kid to wait that long so keep in mind when buying from them.

  Purchased 2 mini autographed helmets. They were well packaged and look exactly as described. Shipping took longer than most items I’ve bought on eBay but I was not in a rush to get them.
