  Machine arrived quickly but it did not work. Seller was very responsive and helpful trying to get it to work. During the process, I realized I'd ordered the wrong type of machine . This is a SNOW foam & not a thick party foam machine. Seller accepted return and processed refund quickly.

  item was incorrectly described (was described as a power mirror I received an manual mirror). Communication with vendor was great. Description was corrected. Vendor sent out return label. waiting on refund to clear.

  Absolutely useless,would definitely not recommend to anyone that just wants a stress-free purchase. I've been trying to contact the seller for a week to get attitude filled excuses as response ..$150 purchase to not even receive everything I paid for. I ONLY WANT WHAT I PURCHASED.. IF I WANTED TO PURCHASE PARTS FROM A STORE ID HAVE DONE THAT TO START WITH....please for your own peace of mind find yourself another seller...

  Seller was very kind and communicate when I thought I had an issue with shipping! The item itself has wheels that seem a bit small and are not as helpful for moving the desk around. However, my experience with the seller was excellent. Thanks so much!
