  I paid for express shipping but Item was delayed by FedEx even tho seller shipped immediately. Seller refunded total shipping cost before I requested and offered to send another one at no cost if the item didn't arrive in a few days. Extremely pleased with the item and seller based on the way they handled the situation.

  Shipped the next day and received within 2 days (SE WI seller to a SE WI address). Packaged appropriately, as described. If you are thinking of just getting the mirror only, don't bother. Buy the whole component. Super easy installation and job complete within 3 minutes for a female.
