  These guys are great. I bought a tool I needed by a certain date, I originally ordered one from a different seller and it arrived dead.   Kwikset discontinued these deadbolts in the finish I needed and none of the major retailers had any left in stock, but I found these new ones on eBay. They were exactly as described and the seller was a pleasure to deal with. It was a five-star experience.
