    Ordered 2 different Teardrop Urns from this Seller. One was as described and is lovely, this one was not as described, and is not the item ordered, so completely dissatisfied. Have contacted the Seller, and given full description of the numbering and writing given on the packaging, but Seller insists I must send photos of the incorrect item. I have advised the Seller I have no means of taking photos, but have heard nothing further. Therefore I cannot recommend this Seller.

    Unfortunately the urn was damaged before I received it however the company were very honest the communication was excellent and they provided me the opportunity for alternative selections with a good will discount on top. I can’t fault that
