  Item as described very good communication with there customers we did have a little problem and they went above and beyond to fix it and make it right shipping was slow coming from China to USA even though it says they are in New York Hum!!! Thank you guys have a great day.

  Communication with seller was good. Delivery time was about a month, but that is not uncommon for packages coming to the US from East Asia. My capacitors arrived in perfect condition.

  Great seller. I did experience an issue with shipping that was completely out of sellers control. Once seller was notified they solved the problem In a remarkably short time. They also followed up to be sure the item arrived. I am very very satisfied.
