  Global Resources went over the top to make things right, I ordered a set of rails and by mistake got to left side ones I reached out and Global Resources sent the right side one with a two day turn around. The rails were in excellent condition. Packaged right. Could NOT ask for a better buying experience. A++++++++++++++++ Seller would buy from again!

  Very well packed item. Arrived via freight and was dropped appropriately. Shipping did take a long time. Actual unit is pristine and has very nice features and included accessories for the price point. The top and bottoms of the rack are pretty open and in a dusty environment that will need some kind of additional attention. The unit, as shipped, is taller than expected. It would be good to provide the shipping dimensions as I had to unpack in my driveway.
