  Wrong item sent - lotion rather than the cleanser I ordered. I contacted seller and was told to send the lotion back and they would send the cleanser. I paid to send the lotion back, but the replacement cleanser was never sent to me. I contacted seller again and asked where the cleanser was, as I had proof the returned lotion had been delivered to seller. No answer - ghosted me. Has my original payment and scored a returned lotion that I PAID to send back. Don't deal with this person.
