  To start, I did receive the fruit cups quickly. However, I ordered Dole gelatin with mixed fruit that was no sugar added and received some Amazon brand pear fruit cups. I reached out to seller and I received the wrong one by mistake. The seller promptly issued a refund and said to keep the pears. Not the sort of item I usually buy on eBay, but they were out in our local store and my diabetic mother wanted it for after her surgery. I ended making what she wanted, so it was fine. Quick resolution.

  Purchased an item from this seller, however I have not received a tracking label nor communication about the shipping for the item in months. It was estimated to arrive in May and it's now June. I'm planning on doing a chargeback since the seller is refusing to communicate with me.
