    VERY-VERY FRUSTRATING PURCHASE! Bought Lilly Pulitzer dres listed NWT, but advertised used..being super confused..Asked seller for specs before offering. Confirmed it-NWT, so asked condition--they re-checked everything said "NO ISSUES"-- PROBLEM IS.--THERE IS AN "X" ON THE TAG..this is clearly a 2nd..when I asked condition..why was this not mentioned? Never would've purchased! I see the tag in the photo, but I did miss it--and TOTALLY RELIED ON THE SELLERS MESSAGE-she did offer refund. just SAD!
