  The item was new with a tag surely. Unfortunately it arrived with a stain on the white part that was not mentionned in the ad. I tried to contact the seller on the matter but he was not willing to do anything. Too bad to order supposedly new items that are damaged.

  You contacted me almost in 2 MONTHs after you bought it and catch me in my vacation, read PlEASE what I answer you and yes I couldn't do anything for you at this moment. I came home just now. Will contact Ebay ASAP to report this case.
